This is what you need to make 12-16 wings:
(I ALWAYS double this recipe. The wings are so mouth watering you will be sad when all twelve are gone in a flash. Don't be sad! Double it right away).

| I forgot the salt in the picture, but you know what salt looks like. |
Marinade:
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbls. Oil
2 Tbls. Chili Sauce
1/4 Cup Honey
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/4 tsp. Garlic
1/4 tsp. Cheyenne Pepper
Mix all of these together and marinate the chicken wings for AT LEAST 12 hours. I like to do 24! I have laid them in a baking dish to marinate or sometimes I have a little helper shake them in a big plastic bag for me.
When the wings are done with their bath in the yumminess, bake them ON FOIL at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn them over and bake for another 30 minutes. That is 60 minutes total. I know you can do the math just making sure you are following me :) I like to pour the extra marinade over the top of them to bake.
Ohhh Mama! As my bento blogging buddy Keeley would say, these guys are AMAZEBALLS! I make them for parties and when I have guests over so after they are done I put them in the crock pot. That way the wings stay warm the whole time. The meat falls right off the bone! Ahhh! Stick a fork in me!
Ain't No Thing but a Chicken Wing!

Ok first of all, your daughter is too darn cute.
ReplyDeleteSecondly, I'm so trying this. My fella is wingaholic. No lie. So I'm always looking for new ways and recipes to change it up for him.
Awesome! :)
