Yee Haw Cowgirl

Yee Haw!  It is a cowgirl lunch complete with hat, boots, and broccoli pigtails. 

I was inspired by prom.  It's that time of year when teenagers put on their best.  My girls loved all of the beautiful dresses the high school girls were wearing.  One of my middle daughter's favorite of the night was a red dress accessorized with cowboy boots.  Boy was she in love with those boots.  That is how a cowgirl made its way inside this Easy Lunchbox. 

Cookie cutters were used to make the sandwich shapes.  I added candy eyeballs, broccoli pigtails, and lips with a food marker.  Applesauce and strawberries are also packed inside.  Yippee ki yay!
