Sub Sammy

What a cheesy way to let everyone know you are eating a sub sandwich.  This is a turkey sub on a bed of spinach leaves.  The word 'sub' is punched out of cheese with cookie cutters.

Broccoli and carrots are in the remaining compartments.  This is a fast lunch to whip up!  Somedays it is just that simple :)
