It's the Pizza-nini! Get it? Pizza + panini = the great PIZZA-NINI! Yum diggity!
To make these pizza-ninis I first sprayed my Panini Press
with non-stick cooking spray. Then, I assembled mozzarella cheese and turkey peperoni between two wheat tortillas and put it on the press. I waited until I could hear the cheese oozing out and ta-da! PIZZA-PINI :)

The stuffing choices are endless. Make it any way you like. Serve it with marinara sauce for dipping.

Along with the pizza-nini and sauce there is spinach, strawberries, grapes, and key lime yogurt. My kids call key lime yogurt "green slime yogurt."
