We love watching the Summer Games at our house. My girls' favorite is gymnastics. To celebrate the 2012 London Olympic Games my friends and I are having an Olympic Blog Hop.
My lunch has the Olympic Torch. This torch is a tortilla wrap filled with cream cheese, avocado, turkey and broccoli. Carrot slices make the torche's flame. The word torch is made with food picks.
Next to the torch are grape and blueberry kabobs. The iconic Olympic rings are made from cereal on top of yogurt. I added red, white, and blue sprinkles as a nod to team USA. The final compartment has little flat pretzel chips.
