A simple lunch packed in EasyLunchboxes. Today my kids are building their own sandwiches with meat, cheese, and crackers. It is a little like a Lunchables but better! This version has cucumber slices and fresh peaches!
I alternated peeled and unpeeled cucumber fresh from the neighbor's garden. Peaches are in season. I diced one up and added some bright sprinkles.
